How do I care for my Metal tumbler?
  • Do NOT drop
  • Not dishwasher safe
  • Not microwave safe
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners (Clorox, Ajax, etc.)
  • Air dry

How do I care for my Glass can?

  • Although your glass can is good for cold and hot drinks, cold drinks are preferred. 
  • Do NOT drop/set down on surface hard
  • Not dishwasher safe
  • Not microwave safe
  • Do not scrub print
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners (Clorox, Ajax, etc.)
  • Air dry
  • Avoid sudden temp changes (this also includes a pouring hot drink and place the glass on a marble or cold surface, instead, use a cork/plastic/rug coaster to avoid the glass from breaking)
  • Avoid extremely hot drinks
  • Pat dry and then air dry bamboo lid to avoid mold

How do I care for my T-shirt/Sweater?

  • Wash on cold
  • Flip inside out
  • Gentle cycle
  • Tumble dry on low heat but better if you air dry
  • Avoid bleach and softeners if possible
  • Do NOT dry clean

How long does it take for you to ship?

Orders are shipped within 7-14 business days, this means we have up to 14 business days to process, package and ship your order. Once items are shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped. 

We only ship on business days (M-F) and my shipping timeframe does not include weekends. Please wait until after the full 14 business days before contacting us regarding the status of your order.

My package was lost or damages, what should I do?

Once your order has left my office, I'm no longer responsible for it. If your package was damaged, lost or stolen, or delayed please the shipping carrier to file a claim with them. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for custom orders. All other orders, please e-mail us at familycharm_creations@yahoo.com first, and we will check on your order and work with you to the best of our ability.
